Introduction:Wuheng Li was born in Kaixian of Chongqing in Oct.1966. As a member of CCPC, senior political engineer, senior economist and MBA, he is the secretary of the Communist Party of Hoyoo Biological Industrial Co., Ltd. (Group), chairman of the board and general manager. He was the representative of second Communist Party Congress and third National People's Congress in Wanzhou. <br> In 2004, he was endowed with the title of the Chinese Innovation Star by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Top 10 Outstanding Youth in Wanzhou. <br><br> In May 2005, he gained the medal of Frist, May, Labor Day of Chongqing. <br> In Oct. 2005, he was elected as 5th Chongqing Excellent Young Enterpriser of Communist Youth League of China. <br> In June 2006, he gained the title of the Excellent Worker of Community in Wanzhou. <br> In Dec. 2006, he gained the title of Outstanding Person of Chinese Enterprise Innovation in 2006. <br> In 2007, he was elected as the representative of third Communist Party Congress and third National People's Congress in Wanzhou, as well as Wanzhou alternate commissary. Now, he is also the syndic and executive director of Ferment Engineering Institute of Chinese Food Association, vice chairman of Wanzhou Enterpriser Association and executive director of Wanzhou Commerce Association.
